Although they advertise "Hassle free returns" they only returned 2/3 of the price I paid for a defective product. When I asked for the rest they said there was nothing they would do about it.
This is totally illegal of course - but you's have to take them to federal court to do anything about it

I order two 51X HP cartridges for a LaserJet P3005 printer. The first one indicated it needed replacement right after it was installed - they didn't put a new microchip on the cartridge when they "rebuilt" it. I put in the second cartridge and it came up with a memory error. Two cartridges neither one was usable. I contacted their support email and received no response. I opened a case with the Nevada Better Business Bureau. These people do not know how to rebuild printer cartridges and they don't stand behind them when they don't work.
