I sent the computer to them and they said that they did not cover any warranty. I wanted my computer back and they said that I had to do a call tag with one of the shipping companies. I tried to do it but none of the shipping companies had that service for Puerto Rico. Calling them is a nightmare. When it is about a problem they do not answer the phone. Now they tell me that the laptop was disposed off. Believe me they are the worst company that can exist. Do not buy nor send anything to be fixed. They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
