Ordered some Round ATA cables on 11/16, received confirmation email right away. On Monday, Credit card was charged already, but received notice that items were out of stock, and asking what I would like to do. I immediately just said forget it, and asked to cancel the entire order. They emailed back same day, saying items are now in stock and would be sent out immediately ??? and that it is too late to cancel my order because it was already "processed". I was a little worried at this point, but decided to wait it out because I wasn't in a hurry for the parts.
Fast forward to 11/26, no sign of package, no further emails. I email them and firmly ask WTF is going on. They respond, package has "already" shipped, and give me DC #. I check the Tracking information, hasn't entered sytem yet, enters the next day (already shipped eh??).
Received package on 11/30.
Everything was there, no packing invoice.
So two weeks, for "priority shipping" of items that were "in stock".
The price was very good, but the blatant lying about inventory and shipping was not appreciated.
I would order again if the price was really cheap, but never depend on them for any communication/honesty/fast shipments.

“This customer bought a $10 300W ATX power supply that was a new pull(never sold or used before) from new case to upgrade the case for customer order. We told this customer that supplies were bulk and stored together, and hence may have gotten scratched and dusty since they were in stock a long time and were put on sale... Customer claims he received used supply but that is simply not true, and he did admit it worked fine and he has had no problems with it. We offered this customer a refund, but he refused it and said it was working fine. We can't help it if he won't believe us. We have sold many of these same 300W power supplies and never received a complaint. Any scratches would not be visible inside a computer case. ”
