They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered in decades of shopping.<br><br>The problem is simple and may have initially been an unintentional error (though after reading these reviews I doubt it). The item I received was not what was advertised (different wattage and model). I have requested a resolution by email three times over a two week period and received no response. I have since left two voicemail messages and received no response. To add insult, their website claims they are a family-owned business with a \u0022spotless reputation\u0022 Ha Ha.<br><br>My advice is this. If you are ok with taking on the entire risk yourself of broken\/unreceived\/misrepresented merchandise go ahead.
