PC-800 memory arrived promptly and well packed, but a few pieces were the wrong part number. Infinity Micro provided an RMA number and UPS account for return shipping. After receiving the incorrect memories from me, they shipped the correct parts, again well packed. All memories worked flawlessly. I would purchase from Infinity Micro again.
