I wasn\u0027t able to because I was out of the country, so UPS returned it to Amazon. I called Amazon up and they were very helpful. They shipped out the order again via Canada Post express and I got it in a few days. I rarely blame companies for running out of inventory, and 24 Hour Fitness went a step above the rest and gave me a $10 coupon for my troubles. I replied back saying that the black model would be an acceptable substitute, and they continued to process the order as such. I received the item with no problems, although it wasn\u0027t the fastest of shipments. Nonetheless, their customer service did seem helpful and took care of the problem. Having worked in inventory management positions, I know how difficult it can be so I don\u0027t hold it against them.
