I have mixed feelings about BTR, I ordered 2 pairs of the identical boots (one for my 18 year old daughter and one pair for myself, in 2 different sizes mind you). The order that I ordered first arrived last (one day later than the first shipment). I did recieve both orders just over a 2 week period, I ordered one pair on Oct. 31 and received them today (Nov. 18) and the second pair ordered on Nov. 1, I received on Nov.16. So from reading about other posters comments, I consider myself lucky that I did receive them relatively fast (for BTR standards). I should have read the ratings here BEFORE I ordered!! Oh Well, lesson learnt!! Upon looking over the boots, the sizes are much smaller than what they should be (Made in China, I should have really thought about that one, lol), I ussually take a size 8 and the boots fit more like a size 7 or a 7 1/2 but luckily they are faux seude and hopefully will stretch over some use (painful breaking in) but not worth sending them back. The quality is much cheaper in person than what was represented on their site in which I was disappointed. I paid $29.99 plus GST and shipping, totalling $44.04 per pair (X2 pairs = $88.08) and I feel like I over paid as they were not worth $29.99 a pair, maybe $9.99 to $14.99 at most. They even have a gap on the calfs where it was not noticeable on the site/ad when I ordered them and there is no way we can wear them in the winter as our feet will freeze!!! They are NOT for cold weather at all!! They were described as warm and cozy for the winter, they are basically slippers!! I hope my daughter will be okay with them at Christmas as slipper boots!! I am going to explain to her what happened and I know she will laugh and wear them anyway (probably as slippers, like me) because she loves me but what the hell? I thought that you could wear them outside in the winter!? Maybe summer boots (if they will last) but not as winter boots as to why I purchased them to begin with! Oh well, I guess I should not have put my hard earned money and trust in them! I cannot believe that they would promote this product so highly (when they sell very expensive products like purses i.e. $5,000 plus!) and then sell crap like this?! I guess I am stuck with some booty slippers, as I am not going to go through the hassle of returning them to them for what, more hassle???? Cost me enough already..... I will stick to ONLY buying online from COSTCO where they actually stand behind their products and it is always GREAT products and speedy shipping (and free shipping! Always! AND if you have to return with them, NO problem!)!!! I would NOT recommend BTR to anyone! Much less family or friends!! I will NEVER purchase through them again!!

Maybe I am just lucky, I do not know but I have never had a problem with Costco, whether it was in their actual store or online........I have been a very long time member (over 15 plus years) and not once have I ever had any difficulty with them. In fact, a few years ago, I had purchased a Roots suitcase in store and almost 9 months later, the threads were tearing and I took it into the store and they refunded ALL my money back!! I was very impressed (I mean, 9 months later? I thought maybe I would get a replacement, if anything but a full refund, I was very impressed). I shop regularily at the store and online (at least 2-4 times a month) and I have ordered countless items through their website and not once had any problems, the products are fantastic!! I love COSTCO and I will always remain a loyal customer, out of all the stores I shop, I can always rely on COSTCO for the best deals and products!!!
