DICK'S SPORTING GOODS SUCKS. I tried to order a pair of Nike Air Jordan Retro 1 Sneakers online at midnight and was told to call back in an hour as they were not on the website yet. I did and every hour after that for six hours. Then I was told they sold out before my initial midnight call. That was the release date and time. Then I was told they never had them to sell. Then I was told to try tomorrow. Then I was told they will never be selling them. Etc. They are rude and nasty people and have NO customer service. I am upset as I got DICKED around by Dick's and they don't care at all.

Costco Concierge really sucks. I bought my son a $700.00 Dell Laptop and it has been nothing but problems. I bought it at Costco because they had a 2 yr warranty and 24 hr Concierge Help. What a Joke that is. My dog know more about Dell Computers? I had to call Dell myself and they said too bad Costco sold it to you so deal with them. Costco has changed from a great company run by knowledgeable professional to a company of nasty twits that are not helpful or knowledgeable. After over 10 years of membership I am no longer a Costco member because of this problem and their not wanting to get involved and help me. I just joined BJ's and they seem to be what Costco was a few years ago.

I bought a Micronta Digital Multimeter at Radio Shack a few years ago. This meter has a label on it that says it was made in Taiwan for Radio Shack. I needed to test some batteries and had not used it in a while so I replaced the 357A batteries with fresh batteries and when I turned it on the display was erratic. I tried another pair of batteries and same thing happened. I called a local store and they said I can pay them to ship it to get an estimate. Well this is an inexpensive meter and I have no reason to pay money to not fix it after they tell me they can't fix it anyway. I called 800-THE-SHACK and got less help. The moral is don't buy anything from radio shack and you won't have the stress of being one of their customers.

Overstock.com is a BAD COMPANY to do business with. I bought a bed for my daughter from them because their shipping was much less than Sears. When I finally got it a few weeks later the box was torn and their was no hardware or assembly instructions. I called right away and was told they would send missing parts right out. A few weeks later I got some nuts and bolts that did not match the bed and I got NO assembly instructions or parts list. I called them again and a few week later I got more screws that did not match my bed and again no paperwork. They said return it and I did. I paid to ship it back to them and then had to dispute the charge with mastercard. AQ month later they charged my mastercard again after they got my return and said they can't refund me because I disputed the first charge wioth mastercard. They are a BAD company and now I have to write more letters to try to dispute the second charge. Do yourself a favor and STAY F A R AWAY from overstock.com.

I bought some clearance sweatshirts online and had problems trying to return them and after a year
trying to return them for a refund I finally spoke with
Kevin in customer service took care of everything in a very professional manner to my complete satisfaction.

This is NOT a GOOD company. I called customer service in Texas to ask if they had a coupon they could mail me to try Martinson Breakfast Blend Coffee and was told to call another number to get a coupon. I did and the woman was nasty and started scolding me for asking and bothering her. She was in Canada and said they don't mail customers coupons. Well, how was I supposed to know that? Now I will NOT buy their coffee or any of their products. I emailed them and got NO reply. I called customer service supervisor and left a message and got no reply. They are NOT a consumer friendly or caring company.

I ordered Haier SHP20 Stereo Digital Earphones and got scammed by this company. They removed items I ordered from my cart but then they charged my visa card $7.19 for shipping after they said the item came with free shipping. I called and spoke with a number of stupid and rude customer service people. Stay away from
www.Buy.com. When I clicked continue to send my payment buy.com their website changed my free shipping to shipping with a charge.
FOLLOW UP: After posting my problem on reseller ratings buy.com contacted me and resolved my problem. Their customer service people should have handled this when I first called them but it is resolved and I am happy.

I got an email stating I could buy MLB2K10 for my PC for $2.99. I did and got a message saying my amex had problems and my order was not processed. I called customer service and they said they had problems all day but refused to help fix my problem. I eventually gave up and never bought the game.

In 2000 I registered my domain www.PhotoStop.net for 10 years from Names4ever.com with free web hosting until 2050. I just got an email (from Aplus.net which is their new name) saying time to renew. I went online and renewed and paid $59.94. I was not able to change to website. I called tech and was told they had to email a port code for filezilla. Next day my website was gone and they refused to put it back and want me to pay for my free hosting.

I bought dresses for my daughter and even though they were the same size one fit OK and the other was too big. They said they would not take back the dress that was too big because she tried it on which was the only way to know if it was too big. They lowered my credit limit and raised the interest rate without telling me. Their customer service was nasty.
