The products received did not match the representations of Dave, the salesman. Everything from the lenses to the memory cards were misrepresented. Once I received my order and realized I had been taken for a ride, I attempted multiple times to phone the company. I was put on hold for hours. When I finally spoke with a live person, I was told I had to talk to Dave, my sales rep, who just happened to never be there.
