“I found Partsgeek on ebay and found a good price on a part. I went to their website found the part and subsequently received the wrong part. I did the research on other sites and found that they listed the correct part with the wrong part number. So their inventory is wrong. So you have to submit a ticket to get a refund. Then they tell you they will not refund shipping EVEN IF IT'S THEIR FAULT! They also tell you it will take 30 days to get a refund instead of just crediting me for the correct part I had to purchase. It's been well over 30 days and no action has been taken. Their customer service is terrible and they have the worst return policy I've ever seen on the web. EVEN IF IT'S OUR FAULT WE WON'T REFUND THE SHIPPING. Don't take the chance on partsgeek. They are geeks.”
