When I received my latest order, I noticed that the address for the bank was not included on the check, only the bank name. I called to have them re-printed, but they said that they are no longer able to print the bank address on the checks. No where on their website did it state that they could not do this. In fact, when I clicked on the preview screen before I confirmed my latest order, it clearly showed the bank address. I said that I would not be using these checks, as I thought they looked unprofessional, and were not what I ordered. I offered to send them back at my own expense for a full refund, which they said I could do. However, I received only a partial refund. Apparently they didn\u0027t refund the shipping charges. They totally screwed this up, and they will never get my business again.
