Ordered a Zinwell WB68. No issue, delivered on time. Too bad for me I could not get around to installing it until December. They have a 30 day return policy, after that you have to deal with the manufacturer. This is a DIY installation. I had to do a bit of traveling for a new company and had no time. Sure, that is not their problem, but the switch turned out to be defective. They wanted me to then deal with Zinwell myself. I asked to retunr it and that was the response. I would have been happy with store credit for future purchases, but no, now it is my problem. The main reason I am even complaining is that the price I was charged 51.99 is so much higher than other online retailers. I paid 18.99 for a new switch from another retailer. It worked. Now I have an overpriced broken switch. I am out 51.99. Other issue is teh amount of time I spent debugging this switch, figured out the even numbered transponders on all satellites did not work on even numbered switch outputs (2,4,6,8). I could see dealing with Zinwell if the switch had been installed and failed some time later. This was DOA. I guess my point is, install whatever you get from them right away, but also check prices elsewhere before buying.
