Ordered a replacement lamp on a Thursday. Website stated it was in stock. Did not receive notice until the following *MONDAY* (around the time I expected to RECEIVE the lamp) that the item was backordered! Contacting the customer service line only results in getting a voicemail. Contacted through their sales line and got ahold of someone VERY quickly (suspicious). At this point I was told that it would be at least 2 weeks before the item I ordered would be in stock. I had them cancel the order and they stated it would be 2 business days to get a refund (did I mention they charged my debit card immediately for the item they did not have in stock?). I will be watching closely for my money to be refunded, though from what I've read in the reviews, I'm not holding my breath. READ REVIEWS ****VERY**** CAREFULLY as it seems most (if not all) of the positive reviews for this company are likely fabricated. Learned my lesson the hard way. Now I have less than a week to get the projector lamp I need for Burning Man. This kind of behavior should be totally unacceptable.
