The .com website is not operated by RS, but leased to another company to run. OMG, what a horrible experience. Rep could hardly speak English and new nothing about the product.

This company produces a line of shower heads that increase water flow and pressure, even with low-to-moderate pressure coming from city water mains. Bought a new shower head for each bathroom and recommended to neighbors and friends -- and to disbelieving plumbers!

Not exactly sure of the technology, but the product performs just as the company's promotion claims it will perform. How many times can you say that these days? Best things are, I no longer have to run around in the shower to get wet AND I only have to open the water valves a half-turn (honestly)!

Customer service is great, the quality of the product is superb and the pricing quite reasonable. Have tried many of the major brand names, and they all failed miserably. These folks have found the secret!

What a terrific place to look for high-quality merchandise at extremely favorable pricing! Had to return boots that were a 1/2 size too small and had the new boots from STP in a matter of days (they used UPS 2-Day even though I only paid for Ground).

Even got a gift card on top of the discount, which was substantial.

Great store to deal with -- a real person courteously answered the customer service line and was extremely helpful. I will definitely be a regular at STP!

Ordered item. Got a call three days later from a lady that informed me the order had been canceled because Buy.com could not find my telephone number in the white pages (duh, it's not listed). She explained process as part of their anti-fraud efforts (really?).

Then, she asked me if I'd like to re-order, which I mistakenly did. And, she proceeded to try to talk me out of using Google Checkout and to use my credit card directly with Buy.com. Uh, I don't think so!

So, another day goes by, and I get yet another email from Buy.com informing me that they again canceled the order! This time the reason: the vendor refused to fulfill the order at the price quoted.

Definitely should have checked out this merchant at Resellerratings first, and I could have avoided the aggravation!

And, for those of you that continue to use PayPal -- it's only a matter of time before they get you, too! Worst company ever encountered -- a good match for Buy.com!

Had to get this "merchant" into Resellerratings database to alert future potential buyers.

In short, bought a watch winder in Nov 2007. It would not work after trying every possible setting combination and thinking I was at fault. In early Jan 2008 contacted merchant asking for help. He responded that I probably needed a different winder for a "heavy" watch -- for which there was no warning when I first purchased; and, since his 45-day return period had ended (TWO DAYS BEFORE), he refused return for credit or exchange to upgrade to correct winder. He suggested I sell on eBay. Note, that at that time, merchant was offering 120-day return for the holidays and my purchase and notice was well within that period. Also, he refused to respond to subsequent request that he cover under his mysterious or Steinhausen's "full one-year warranty."

Note that when you conduct an online search of this merchant, you will discover hundreds (I stopped counting) of similar complaints!

I should also add that Capital One (Master Card) was of ABSOLUTELY NO HELP IN RESOLVING DISPUTE. Capital One advised it was my problem under the principle of "Buyer Beware"! My purchase did not qualify for Purchase Assurance program--couldn't give me a plausible reason (felt like I was dealing with PayPal).

So, in advancing the warning of the Capital One customer service rep, BEWARE OF THIS MERCHANT!

Matched a lower price, next day shipped and received a BNIB Oceanus. Corrected missing information from online ship not once but twice.

Not sure one could ask for more. Hopefully won't have to test customer service any more.

Navigating the phone system to get to a real person was initially cumbersome, but did get there.

These folks are the real deal! Price matched plus. Received order in less than five days. They sent email regarding shipping and another to follow-up to make sure I had received my VTI speaker stands.

Young man I spoke with on the phone was polite, professional and helpful. He even spent additional time trying to locate a "riser" to separate my AV receiver and cable box (to no avail).

Very pleased with price, shipping, communication and service. Highly recommended, without any reservation.

Great experience!

UPDATE: Happened to notice a powder coat finish problem with one pole. Called R&S and they emailed me a copy of order to VTI to replace while on the phone. Replacement arrived a few days later. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Repaid their service by ordering a pair of Wood Technology stands from R&S.

Had decided to replace my graphite shafted/cast head irons. Went to a local golf shop and spent afternoon swinging different makes of forges. Ended up deciding on Mizuno (and I said I would never play a foreign mfr.).

I had found Wavelandgolf.com on the Internet and called for a price and got a very good price. Robert, the owner, also gave me an instant price for my old irons in trade (based on my description). Free shipping meant I knew exactly what I was going to pay. PLUS, Waveland paid for the shipping of my old irons. And, they shipped the same day and I got them a day later!

I was so impressed with Robert and Jim (salesman) that I decided to replace my driver and a fairway metal. Same deal, Waveland's price minus trade-ins, free shipping both ways and we're done. And, all in a couple of days.

If you've been "had" by some of the bad actors operating on/through the Internet, then you know what an absolute pleasure it is to deal with folks that are honest, trustworthy, and customer friendly. And, when you talk with Robert and Jim, they are patient, understanding and a pleasure to deal with.

I've told all my golf friends about Wavelandgolf.com and thought I should take the time to post this so others could enjoy dealing with what must be one of the best golf e-tailers on the Internet.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for golf equipment. Waveland, Robert and Jim are just the best!

Shopped locally and on the Net and was lucky enough to find spikeless shoes from GolfBalls.com. Price was absolute best available.

Bought two pair of spikeless; but some months later the "nubbies" were coming off. So, I called the manufacturer's US office and they directed me back to the "retailer."

I called GolfBalls.com and explained the problem (now technically past the warranty date, although I had not worn for longer than the date). And, without any hassle or question, Brad helped me find another spikeless brand, and arranged to have the new shoes shipped to me and to have a prepaid FedEx RMA label emailed to me. And, this was done at no cost to me -- and the shoes arrived in a couple of days.

These folks are the nicest people to deal with that I may have ever encountered. The prices are great and the customer service is even better. I've recommended them to every guy I play golf with and thought I should put my praise of them (and particularly Brad) in writing so others could experience the same.

Buy from Golfballs.com without any concern. It is truly the "Best on the Net."
