I spent a lot of time searching around forums and reviews for a good Sager / Clevo laptop reseller. I eventually settled on Xotic PC as their reputation was second to none. Their price quote on the same hardware as other resellers was lower by about 3-4% (which is a lot of money when you are spending over $1500).
Even before I decided to buy, I spent some time chatting back and forth with Michael, one of their sales representatives. He treated me with respect and was very professional throughout the process, and he carried through as my personal rep the entire time.
In all, I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I highly recommend Xotic PC to anyone considering buying a custom laptop or desktop PC.
