Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!!
Ordered a toner for my school (HP9000)... got a DOA toner (would not work)... Tried over and over to contact the company.. No one would call me, you cannot reach them at their ph# listed nor leave them a voice message, just the email form on their website (you can't even cc yourself)... After several submissions on their email form, I get the following:
Please describe the problem you are having. You can send it back to following address.

( I already described the issue multiple times and in multiple email submissions)
According to their web site...
"- Defective On Arrival (DOA) [Excludes OEM products]
We test every cartridge thoroughly before it is shipped from our warehouse. Nevertheless, if our cartridge is proven to be defective on arrival, we will replace it at no extra charge. You must return the defective cartridge to us. You must report us DOA within 45 days from the date product is shipped."
The school is not going to cover the cost of shipping for a blatant neglect of quality control and piss poor service. The school is already under tons of budget cuts as it is... I tried contacting them again and quoted their DOA policy... they replied several days later with:
We issued RMA on 17th. Please send it back to following address for an exchange.

I tried contacting them again and again, no word at all...
Now they get to fight with my credit card company... Good luck toner clowns...er... I mean pirates.
