I highly recommend this company for their selection and price. They seem a bit slow sometimes, but customer service is great, and I guess its just because of the volume of business that they must do. I have purchased from them on at last 6 different occasions including some used items, and I have been satisfied every time.

Give them a try- you'll like them. Also see their sister law enforcement web site, for those that qualify.

Item not received. Order canceled by merchant without notification. No refund received. Am having to pursue with credit card dispute. Stay away from this merchant, its a scam. Emailed them 6 times with no repsonse, they have no phone number

Ive used this company twice now. The first purchase went flawlessly, as you have seen every one else here say. The second one developed a shipping glitch that was not LG's fault. However, they immediately stepped up to the plate and made it right. You want customer service? How about a company that addresses a problem at 9 pm on a Thursday night. On a holiday. Try to find that somewhere else. Customer service like that keeps me as a customer even if they dont have the best prices on the internet. But they do.
