Do NOT order from dreamshades if you are hoping to get your glasses within 3 weeks of ordering. Even with expedited shipping, they take weeks to ship the product. Worst of all, they offer no real way of contacting them. I understand they want to "keep costs low" by not having a phone line that connects to a human being, but it makes it impossible to resolve conflicts when there is no one to talk to. They offer an email support service but they do not answer that either. It's like sending an email to a bucket of dead batteries.

I would not recommend dreamshades. There are much better sites out there.
