I have been an avid customer of J&R for a few years now, however I am disappointed with my current buying experience. I had been "shopping" for the best deal on a MacBook Pro, Super Drive and Apple Care for my daughter who is going off to college and found a better deal overall at B&H Photo. I called the price guarantee # for J&R, got disconnected, then called back on regular line. Long story short, J&R wasn't able to match the "total" price dollar for dollar, however I figured I trust them and I would make up the difference with the "Rewards Points". WRONG!!! After placing my order I asked if he applied the points and I was told "The Rewards Points are only available with internet orders." So bottom line, I paid more than I would have at B&H and I feel cheated in the process since all my shopping was a waste of time! Needless to say I bought my additional memory and Adobe software from B&H this morning!! J&R already lost a $500+ order!
