When I received the product I looked on their website and noticed the cost difference. The XJ-M240 was $1079 and the xj-A240 was $1045. After asking for a refund for the cost difference they change the price on the website. changing the XJ-M240 to $1079 and the XJ-A240 to $1089. <br><br>product sent was also poorly boxed and shipped out. Why don\u0027t I get a refund based on just that response alone? They both have similar specs but the main difference is the one I wanted was 3D ready. The unit I got is not but is slimmer. The packaging was still poorly shipped too. “This is a complete misunderstanding on the customers part since he only paid $969 for the unit he purchased and then was requesting a credit for a difference he didn't even pay for.In fact we gave him a better unit valued $75 more instead of thanking us he slanders us for his misunderstanding.we have tried to contact him to rectify the misunderstanding however customer refuses to respond. ??? We have done everything in our power to try and satisfy this customer and will continue to do so..Please shop with confidence, at PowerSellerNyc customer Support is always a Top Priority”
