“We do apologize you had an issue with the phone features. Unfortunately, certain features are at the discretion of your service provider and we cannot 100% guarantee that they will work. Sometimes they get phased out or become unsupported by the carriers. We have no way of knowing about this definitively, and such features does not affect the overall usage of the phone.”
