I took forever, they will not answer their phones and will occasionally answer emails with nonsense replies. My mother board arrived...obviously NOT new and the connector for the chassis fan was missing and appears that it was snapped off the board. The CPU has still not arrived... it has been over a month and they no longer respond to any email contact. The better business bureau has no less than 113 complaints filed against them.
