Long story short I sure wish I'd checked this site prior to ordering anything from Aiko Trading Company. After seveal unanswered emails and three weeks I finally recieved what I'd ordered.

Don't expect any customer support, it simply does not exist.

I sent an email to Fantasea, the manufacturer of the housing I ordered and got a response within 24 hours, on a SUNDAY!

Fantasea encouraged anyone having a problem with Aiko to contact them if the item you ordered was made by them.

Things would have been much easier if Robert had simply responed to my emails.

So if you're having problems with Fantasea products, send them an email, they were extremely responsive and helpful, maybe if enough of us complain Aiko will start providing some customer service.
