I found this place through Amazon. They had the lowest price for rechargable batteries and adapters. I ordered it on a Friday, got it on a Monday, all for $1 shipping. Good place to to business with.

Caught a real good price on an 32" XBR6. It shipped on a Wednesday, was here Friday AM (geographical luck). Kudos to the seller and their shipper.

I will shop their site again.

I found this place with a price site. They had a decent price and a good seller rating.

I ordered a receiver and cables on 1/28, it showed up 2/1. Can't complain at all.

Everything as advertised, I'd buy again from them.

I bought something from these people on eBay. The item ended at $26.change, with free shipping. The invoice came, $26.change, sales tax, and showed free shipping. When I went to their web site to check out, there was shipping charged.

I wrote in and got this for a reply:

Thank you for contacting us. This item does have free shipping. Our system sometimes breaks will show our shipping cost to ship the item to you and deducts it from the total of your winning bid, for our own shipping cost tracking purposes. Is this what you are referring to?

Below is a breakdown of your invoice:

Subtotal: $26.08
S&H: $
Insurance: $
Sales Tax: $1.68

Invoice Total: $29.76
Payments Received: $0

Balance Due: $29.76

It took two more emails to get the right charges. Then, when I get the item, they include this:

Place is a joke. I'll not buy from them again.

I purchased a Sony 40" XBR4 from Outpost, as they had a total price that was about $300 less then the lowest price I could find.

I ordered it on the 27th, it showed up on the 31st.

I was apprehensive when I saw all the other reviews about TV's from Outpost, and condsidered cancelling the order. Everything turned out fine.

I've not ordered a lot from outpost, but I've never had a bad experience.

Never again. I ordered on Aug 7. I received the email confirming the order. I looked on the website on Aug 15 and it reported "All shipped". When I looked at the UPS tracking number, it said that the items had not been received for shipment.

I called the customer service number and was told that neither UPS nor the vendor knew where it was. I said so where does that leave me? She said it was the best she could do. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager said it seems to be lost somewhere and they would launch an investigation and would have results in 8-10 business days.

In the meantime I am out $137 and have no merchandise or do I know when it is going to be shipped, if ever.

My tale is no different than the previous ones. I ordered on July 20, the credit card was charged immediately. The web site said "in stock". After a month transpired, I wrote and got the backorder story with an offer of 5%, with the promise they would be shipped the week of Sept 5.

Needless to say, the shoes never arrived. When I emailed again, they cancelled the order, telling me the shoes were discontinued by the manufacturer.

Absolutely horrible communications, deceptive business practices make this place a place to stay away from!

Truely a service oriented company. I ordered an Electrolux DLX mixer. I talked with two reps there, and both went out of their way to make sure I was making an informed purchase.

I ordered a used DVD on 3/25, it got here on the east coast on 3/29. The DVD was packed well, in original jacket.

No issues, I would order from them again.
