I broke my Samsung Infuse 4G phone a few weeks ago so I have been desperately searching for a decent-priced new LCD screen. After dealing with another website (and ultimately getting a refund because of some ridiculous reason) I found ETradeSupply.com.

This site is based in China (which I only discovered after I received some e-mails in totally broken English and checked my tracking info). I bought the screen (about $180) and paid $25 for expedited shipping (arrival in 2-4 business days). I got an e-mail the next day (AFTER the item had shipped) explaining that because I also ordered a battery, FedEx would not ship it, so DHL was the shipping carrier of choice. This means that since I received this notice after the shipment, someone just decided I would be fine with overpaying for shipping with some other company. Instead of even offering a refund to cover the shipping cost difference, they sent me a coupon code for $10 off my next purchase. As if I'm going to be using that website ever again.
