They promised to ship it within 2 business days and 3 to 5 day shipping. It has been over a week and they still have not processed my order or shipped the desk. Emails to them will get you an automated response that says they will respond to your email in three days. I finally got through to them on the phone and all they did was give me the runaround. They had every excuse in the book about why they had not processed my order as promised. I recommend you avoid this company at all costs!
