Buyer Beware! Others have told you about their "free" shipping-I had the same experience-NOT FREE. But there are other problems too. If you need to return ANYTHING they charge you a 25% restocking fee. And before returning any item, (within 14 days), you must contact their Returns Department for Authorization! I can see that on large items such as TVs but on cables and 3D glasses -Oh, please! I would have lost $78.00 on “restocking” fees if I had returned the cable and 3D glasses I didn’t want. Speaking of cables...I ordered one to go from my TV to my Dish box. They talked me into getting a $100 cable which was totally not necessary - ok, maybe I should have done more research first but, still, they should have been more honest. But that’s not all- I found the $100 cable they sent me in a local store for 39.99. Total rip-off. However, the price on the TV I got was very good as was the delivery service. Nevertheless, I will not purchase from them again.
