Deeply disappointed in this company. The product I ordered failed within an hour -- and thats being generous -- of installing it, and they said I had to pay the return shipping for a refund. This was only a few days after the item was received -- it was a gift for my mother. Beyond that, shipping was $12 for this lighted keyboard, and it came in a bubble shipping bag. For as much overpayment I made on shipping, one would think they could afford to pay for return shipping on a faulty item.
Apparently there are enough other suckers out there that they don't need my business. I'll go back to tried and true customer service from Amazon and Newegg. I'm done with dealing with these little no-name companies.
