Yet again these unethical sales people have struck. Again it was a bait and switch and fast talking sales rep. I won't go into the full details since I have filed a complaint with both my credit card company and the NYC Dept. of Consumer affairs: http://www.nyc.gov/html/dca/html/contact/contact.shtml

I will say we are talking about $3K.

On a return visit we returned to the store. During a rather loud exchange with the sales staff, with 20 odd customers in the store, they agreed to take back the product for an exchange. This time we were prepared. They gave us several other camera lens' which have a real street value of what they overcharged for the rip off. We are still pursuing them with the City of New York.
