Designer Plumbing Outlet/Depot has competitive prices. I can actually get a real human being when I call. However, their website for the item I purchased was very deceptive. The item indicated free shipping, the detail of the item indicated free shipping, the shipping line on the order indicated $0.00 for shipping. After I entered my credit card info and pressed submit, it returned with an order confirmation page and processed my CC with a shipping fee. This transaction occurred on the weekend and I immediately sent an e-mail to correct the problem. There was no response. A few days lapsed and I called the toll-free number and the rep Diana indicated that the item was not eligible for free shipping and it had already shipped. I printed off the pages through the order process so that I have proof that the shipping was zero until the point that they charged my CC and provided a confirmation. Be very careful of shipping with this company.
