I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with Abacus 24-7 definitely deserves one. I purchased a charger for my IPOD from Abacus 24-7. I received the product quickly, and the price was great. Unfortunately, through no fault of Abacus, the charger was faulty and damaged two IPOD Nano's before we realized what was wrong. Abacus responded quickly to my request via both phone and email. Each email I sent to clarify what happened was responded to promptly by their customer service staff.
Abacus agreed to reimburse the cost of my damaged IPOD and also reimbursed the shipping costs and the cost of the charger itself.
Sean Ohara at Abacus was very professional and even wrote a letter of apology for the problems with the charger.
As a retailer, Abacus stood behind the product they sold and compensated me for not just the equipment they sold but also the equipment damaged by the charger. You cannot ask for more than that.
I highly recommend Abacus for their integrity and professionalism.
