Absolutely the most deviant, fraudulent site on the Web, from my experience. Purchased a Nikon 5000 camera kit. The box was previously opened and several items missing (lens cap cover, Manuel in English, battery).I noticed them immediately and they said that they were now out of the item and they gave me a RMA # and I was told to return the item. The kit also was to come with free shipping and a free camera bag, neither received.

Upon sending the kit back, AS TOLD TO DO, I found outnthat they still charged me a restocking fee, even though they WERE NOT ABLE TO FULLFIL THERE OBLIGATION AND REQUESTED BE TO SEND THE ITEM BACK. AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS ATTEMPTING TO WORK WITH AMERICAN EXPRESS, TO NO AVAILE, I AM STILL OUT THE 20% restocking fee and shipping charges, which were advertised as FREE. Bank states that they do not get involved with return fees, even though the item was returned at the senders request.

Red tag contiually states to take this up with your credit card company.

They, Red tag Savings are just badddddddddd.
