Site was easy to navigate, the illustrations were excellent and helped me narrow down exactly the right part, and the prices were competitive. It gets better; within TWO HOURS of my placing the order, it had been shipped,and I don't just mean a "your order has been processed" notification, but actual trackable confirmation that it was in FedEx possession. Ordered late Wednesday, on my doorstep early Friday. (I guess FedEx gets part of that credit, but still ...)

Well, I thought the $99 netbook might serve my needs. I didn't expect it to be fast but it's entirely useless. When I went online to check their refund policy, I discovered that they have a 25% restocking fee. Sucks to be me! That's a tab I should have clicked on before clicking on PayPal. They're going to make a KILLING on returned netbooks to the tune of $25 a crack. That's like a license to print money, eh?
