I wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is non-existent. During my order, the website crashed and said the order was not processed. I placed a second order. I received ONE email saying your order has been confirmed. Over the weekend, I received TWO emails saying delivery has been confirmed. Sure enough, two charges on my credit card.
After having spent all week explaining to multiple non-English speaking customer service reps that I did not make the mistake and I did not receive notification of multiple orders, I was given two options 1) a discount off next order (yeah right) 2) Nothing. They said there is nothing else they can do for me. How about a refund?
I asked to speak with managers and was told they were busy on other calls and would call me back (never happened). I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Lesson learned.
