DO NOT USE this company. I am a professional photographer and designer with a wide range of clients and connections and I can guarantee that none of them will even look twice at this company. I sent my design in and they told me there was a problem with their spot UV so I changed the files and resent them. They sent me card that were completely black you could not see my website and the photos were extremely saturated. Now my monitors at home and in my studio are color calibrated correctly. I politely called and an email was sent back to me saying that I would receive 50% off of a new order… what happened to money back guarantee. I called again and the man argued with me in a very un professional manner and continued to tell me that this was my fault. My response was if the order was bad then why was it printed why was I not notified that on YOUR end the order was bad? His response was “it was your mistake not ours”. Overnight prints provided by far worst customer service that I have ever received; this company wasted my time and money.
