I am so pleased that I found this site... I was able to order the book I needed with ease; and when I did not receive it when I thought it should have come, I simply sent an emial and got an answer from customer service the next day.. They followed up... I have already recommended Valore Books.com to associates and I will be a returning customer. Thanks for the superior service
