I ordered a set of Audio-Technica ATH-AD900 headphones with next day shipping from Beach Camera, but received the ATH-A900 headphones instead (different model and cheaper then the more expensive ones I paid for). Given the fact that there's only one letter's difference between the two models I suppose this is an understandable, yet still highly inconvenient mistake.
The customer service seemed friendly enough, though I had was on hold for ages. While they seemed to get things moving on the surface, not a whole lot got accomplished. I had to call back several times to even get the fedex label emailed to me to return the item.
A week passes by after fedex tracking confirmed they drop off the package and I get an email saying that they received the item. A few days later I called them up to ask about it, and they said that a new ordered had been placed and the item was out of stock.
At this point, I was tired of getting the run-around and told them to cancel the order and refund my money. I'm only hoping I'll get my money back without getting amazon or my bank involved.
