I have purchased now three computers from Xotic PC. The first two were high-performance Sager laptops, used for my research lab. They have performed admirably for three years now and have had no problems.

The third laptop I bought from them, another Sager, was for myself. With that one, I had a minor issue with the machine when waking from sleep, but Xotic PC recently contacted me just to check and see if everything was ok with my new laptop. I told them about the problem I was having and they actually helped me to solve it. I'm usually unimpressed by technical service representatives, but I have to say that the person helping me from Xotic really knew their stuff.

Finally, it is worth noting that for the power and performance I was looking for, I could find no better price than at Xotic PC. Also, I received my new computer in well under the expected shipping time.
