I ordered 7 parts. I placed two separate orders.The first order arrived within 6 days. The second order will not arrive for more than two weeks. The website says that it ships within 1-2 days, ground shipping delivery 2-9 days. I called customer service, explained the issue and I needed the parts before this week is over. The issue not resolved. I called the company that does the delivery of the parts, and the person I spoke to had said that if auto parts warehouse says ok, they can expedite the delievery.I called the customer service supervisor Chris back, and asked if she could ok the delivery to be expedite the order. She had a nerve to ask me to pay an additional fee. It wasn't my fault that the delivery is delayed. Hadn't the website stated that it would be delivered with in 2-9days, I wouldn't have placed the order. The interesting part is that the customer service people are not even aknowledging the issue, their misleading info on their website under free shipping... they speak to me in it is what it is manner. auto parts ware house is unreliable, misleading web and sale info with unprofessional customer service. I am very dissatisfied, I will not shop and wouldn't recommend.

It is getting even more interesting so a week from I placed the order or the same day I spoke to a customer service manager and was told that unless I pay additional fees they won't expedite it,the parts were shipped by ground (A WEEK LATER). I kept up with checking the status online. This morning I saw that the parts arrived at the destination city at 0800am on Friday but won't be delivered and the carrer don't deliver on weekends. What kind of business do these people do. This is just irritating, again I wouldn't recommend auto parts warehouse, these people don't know business!!!!!
8/13- the parts are at the destination but still not deleivered what a shame!!!Will be live on facebook and google soon to see if that helps expediting the delivery
