They replaced it no questions asked. Now after almost a full 4 years, almost at the end of my warranty, the tv has major problems. They paid for the local JVC authorized repair guy to come and service the tv. However the bill for repair outweighed the cost. So they they sent me a check for $1,200.00 to replace it! They don\u0027t make 61\u0022 HDTV\u0027s anymore, so that figure was based on a new Mitsubishi 65\u0022 3d ready DLP HDTV. I got the check today after 45 business days as stated. I will surely warranty my future electronics with Mack.
