I took a chance with them because the price was so good and it had good reviews on ResellerRatings as well as a few bad ones. I ordered my new laptop battery and was promised it would be 2-3 day free delivery. The battery arrived as scheduled, but when I opened the package the thin plastic end was broken even though the packaging showed no sign of damage and it was very well wrapped. I got on line immediately and found that all RMA details were done at their website. That worried me a little, because I wondered if they have a lot of returns. Anyway I did what they said and got an RMA number and mailed it out the next day with the insurance and signature receipt required. It cost me just under $10. But since I got such a good deal on the battery I ate it. I had my new battery back in the mail in about a week and a half with no hassles. So far the battery seems really good. I was lucky to get a half hour out of my old battery and I am getting several hours of normal computing, internet use, USB devices hooked up etc. with the new battery. I've only had it less than a week, but to this point It is meeting all my expectations.
Apr. 19, 2009 Follow Up. I recently took a trip and wanted to watch a DVD on the plane. The battery worked like a champ. I could have watched at least two and maybe three full length DVDs. I can sit around on the couch for long periods playing games or surfing the net and the battery holds up for hours on end. I could not be happier to this point.

I ordered extension mirrors for my 1997 Dodge Dakota and the price was one of the best on the net. I felt, especially considering the fact that it was during the holidays between Christmas and New Years, that it was shipped promptly and arrived on the day promise. When I received the box - which was the retail packaging from the Manufacturer with no addtional box - I noticed that the box had been opened before and retaped and sealed, but I did not consider that a big deal because someone may have ordered a wrong part and returned it. It\u0027s what\u0027s inside that counts. I opened the box and took out a mirror which happened to be the driver\u0027s side mirror and took it out and put it on my truck and it was exactly what I needed and ordered. I dediced I better make sure the passenger side mirror was correct also and so as I pulled it from the box the first thing I noticed was that the mirror glass was not mounted on the holder correctly. It appeared that it had come loose and then got restuck back on in the shipping process or something but was no where near where it should have been and was unusable in that position. I found that it used heavy duty double sided tape and I was able to move it myself. In the process of doing that I notice a black line about 2 inches long on the mirror. Thinking it was dirt or glue or something I tried to remove it and finally figured out that it was actually a scratch on the back of the mirror and some of the silver reflecting material was scratched off. Of course I was very disappointed and so the next morning I called them at their customer service line and explaned all of the above. I had to talk to a couple different people and explain it a couple times and answer a few more questions of course, but when it was all said and done they immediatley credited me back the entire purchase price including the shipping and handling. I feel very badly that the problem occured, but I work in retail and I know these things happen. I felt that they took care of it exactly the best way they could. I will definitely use them again on future purchases of this kind. Wisesales was one of the easiest sites on which to find the exact parts I needed including a very convenient drawing of all the parts with part numbers and prices. This made selecting what I needed very easy and I used the drawing when I was putting it all back together. A local lawn mower repair person told me the tires alone for the Honda mower were around $60 each without the wheels(He was not a parts supplier so I think he was off somewhat, though I didn\u0027t check). At Wisesales I couldn\u0027t get - nor did I want - the tires without the geared wheels, but they cost about $14 each. Shipping was not cheap, but it was not expensive either - probably about what it cost them. I got the parts several days ahead of when they estimated I might get them, and that made me happy. So. . . Bottom line:<br>Pros: Very convenient for finding the parts I needed.<br> Very reasoanable prices.<br> Quick Shipment with no hassles.<br> Easy ordering process all online.<br><br>Cons: Not really a con, but they were not really good communicators about the shipping. I got the original invoice emailed to me saying when they thought it might be shipped and when they thought I might get it, and that was the end of that. No email when it actually shipped, or by what method etc. But I got it and got it quickly so like I said not really a con, I just like to be kept informed. Even though the distance was quite great from one side of the country to the other, it arrived very quickly. I put it in my computer and had some issues getting it working right (I think that may have been my fault). I never did get the card reader to read any of my SD cards so I emailed them and they said to return it. I put it in the mail and tracked the number to make sure they got it. A few days later I emailed them and got a response within 24 hours. He said they had tested it and it seemed okay. I responded and told them that I had got the USB working but it wouldn\u0027t read the USB, but that if they had checked it and it worked then they could send it back to me, or they could send me a new one. The next day I got an email saying they had shipped my product by parcel post and I should get it in 9 to 15 days. About 4 days later it was in my mail. They had sent me a brand new one. I installed it and found out that if I use the \u0022Safely Remove Hardware\u0022 option when disconnecting a USB connection, it disables the whole card, so it is possible that my first product really did work. I had a shoot coming up in 2 weeks and figured that was plenty of time to get the tape, but just for insurance I wrote a note for them to please notify me if there would be any delay. On tuesday I got a call from George to say that their next UPS pickup would not be until Monday, Jan 6th and asking me when I needed the tapes. After I told him the situation he said he\u0027d upgrade my shipping to get it here. He did and the tapes got here on Wednesday, Jan 8. I don\u0027t think you can ask for much better than that. I have told several people about this example of excellent service. And. . . They had the best price around by about 20%.
