This little store does not have a website but is absolutely wonderful for stampers and scrapbookers! A website is in the future. The proprietor is helpful in the store as well as on the phone. Many tools are available for your use in the store and you are more than welcome to use her tables and tools for as long as you like. It's a charming store situated in Green Valley AZ and well worth the visit!

Super Fast Shipping! I no sooner placed the order and received the email that the parts shipped! Their site is accurate, prices fair and the parts were perfect. I also love that they include model numbers with their parts- easy to find what you need.

I emailed a question to Modern Bike on 08/02 and received an answer very quickly. I immediately placed my order and received it in less than a week. Their communication is excellent. I would definitely deal with them again!

An out of state friend and I both booked our hotel through hotel.com. I was immediately charged although my friend was not. I resent paying for a room 6 months in advance. I contacted the hotel directly and they also have issues with this. Usually the customer ends up double billed. Since I didn't want the hassle when I got home I cancelled with hotel.com and booked directly where I was NOT charged until my stay. Secondly, IF you have any issues at all customer service is an overseas call center making them extremely difficult to understand. I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to convey my concerns. Although they were polite and did refund my money I would not deal with them again.

This is the WORST possible store to deal with but the only computer store in my area. I have purchased 4 computers in 4 years- all crashed. Here is the scam. After you pay for the set up charge ( a hoax in itself) you then purchase the warranty. You now have a computer for 3 years! wrong- after months of taking it to the pathetic GEEK squad, they tell you nothing is wrong. Then they tell you it crashed- ok so they give you a new one. BUT now your warranty is null and void and it's only a year old. So you get another warranty. The next time a USB port broke- one of many on the system- was a bit sloppy and eventually broke. This shorted out the mother board. They told me- it was my fault and for 245.00 they would fix it!!! So far I've had a computer a year and 3 months!! Next comes Kaspersky- so after 2 pieces of their junk I have a system I like (but it barely made it a year). I renew Kaspersky. Go ahead- try it on their lousy system. I accidently renewed through Kaspersky instead of Best Buy. I called for help and they did help except they BILLED me a second time after I asked if they did. Their help desk lied. The help person said no but the next day there was another charge. Now comes the fun part. TRY and get your money back. SEVEN phone calls later all I wanted to know is if this issue was handled. This is not real easy when you are deaf. They will not or cannot tell me if the credit will be issued. DO NOT DEAL under any circumstances!! Too bad it's not possible to give them a ZERO rating.

What a fantastic business!! Your order ships immediately. He carries top of the line products and free shipping if you meet the dollar amount necessary. In the event an order is placed for a preordered item you are constantly notified about updates.
Response to questions is excellent. He's definitely one of my preferred sellers. Also the site is updated daily to reflect what really is in stock and what is not so no surprises!

What happened to Databazaar?? I used them for years. They were prompt, well stocked and fast delivery. I recently ordered 3 ink tanks for my canon printer. TEN days later, no product, no email, no notification. So I email the company (I am deaf) and received no reply. The next day I try on line chat. WHAT a joke that is. I logged in no less than 5 times and ultimately was forced to send another email. There IS no on line chat! Finally I get an email telling me of my duplicate request- NO answer, just a canned reply about a duplicate. Finally I call- my last resort. I get a CALL CENTER overseas telling me my order will ship tomorrow- 11 days after they bill me!! The person was polite but the English was impossible to understand. Never again- will shop elsewhere.

What a RIP off. I ordered a part Dec 28th. By January I received no notice of backorder, no notice of shipment. After reading reviews I realized I was about to have an issue. So I called. They told me the vendor has not responded. This means no one checked that order. Since they BILL when product not available, even though on line it states in stock, I asked for a credit. They said they had to wait for the vendor!! I said no- I then get an email saying credit will be expedited. I almost believed it- until today-got an email telling me about my back order. They didn't even bother to cancel the order! No credit issued as of today- three weeks later. Time to file a complaint with BBB. Too bad it's not possible to give them a "zero" star. DO NOT DEAL WITH!!
Follow up: Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau- intend to file with Attorney General's office also.
01/23/12 - credit finally received after daily emails to them. However also got an email from them today telling me about my backorder- which was cancelled FOUR times.
