I ordered from stealth machines as well. I haven't recieved the machine yet, but Josef was nice enough to ship it out 3 days early for me. His Customer Service is almost perfect, the only problem I have is its been a week since I was told I would have a tracking number, I still don't have one yet. I've asked a few times via e-mail and on the phone very nicely but nothing yet, so I have no idea who's shipping my machine or when it is estimated to be here. I have been proactive in trying to contact him via phone and e-mail. I spoke with him and he very nicely told me he doesn't have it on him. A little frustrating since the weather here is insane so I have no idea if its delayed because of that or what have you.

Other than that its been a decent experience.

I will update more when I recieve my machine.

EDIT: Excellent customer service, got tracking square away, would definately order from them again!
