In June of 2011 I purchased 4 120mm fans from this company. The very next day I received a phone call from the company informing me that they did not have the amount of items I requested. They offered another very similar item or a refund. I chose to fill the missing items with the similar replacement. The order was shipped very fast and arrived in excellent condition. I was very pleased that they wasted no time in calling me to inform me about the order and offer another option or a refund. The customer service person seemed very concerned with making sure I got the proper items and explained that the items were being discontinued and that was the reason for the lack of stock of them. He offered a similar item and explained the differences between the two so I could make an informed decision. A good buying experience and would recommend them to anyone.

On June of 2011 I ordered a Prolimatech Super Mega Hybrid CPU Heatsink from This company. The item was shipped very fast and arrived in just a few days. The item was packaged very securely and arrived in perfect condition.The customer service was great and this item was actually reccomended to me by the customer service person at their sister site - The Heatsink Factory - . Overall a great buying experience and I would have no problem recommending them to others.

In June of 2011 I purchased 2 120mm fans from their website. The very next day I received an e-mail from the company ststing they were out of the fans and they offered a similar fan instead or a refund. I asked for the refund and it was sent back to me immediatly. I mentioned that I was also looking for a certain heatsink and the gentleman at Heatsink factory was able to give me the info on that product. I did end up buying the heatsink at the companys other website - Frozen CPU - . That item was sent out right away and arrived in excellent condition. The buying experience with this company and the sister company Frozen CPU were excellent and I would have no reservations about buyng from either of them again.

I purchased 2 120MM fans that were difficult to find due to them being discontinued. Koolertek had them in stock and delivered them by priority mail. I had them in 3 days. They were packaged nice and secure and in perfect condition. I had tried other sites that said the items were in stock but when I paid, they were all of a sudden out of stock and I had to get refunded. I will check this site next time first and use them if possible. Overall a great buying experience.

I purchased (5) 2.5F to 3.5M adapters for my cell phone headsets. They arrived nicely packaged in a plastic bubble wrap padded bag. The shipping was from over seas but arrived very quickly. The items were each was in their own sealed plastic bag. They were in perfect condition and worked properly. I was very leary about buying something for a company that ships from over seas, but my experience with this company was very good. I realize I didn't buy a very expensive item, but based on my transaction, I'd have to say they are good to deal with.
