I have made several purchases recently from Monoprice, and have been very satisfied with the quality of the items, as well as the prices. I am very satisfied with your on-line chat support. I needed to return an item and needed a RMA, but wasn't sure which I needed. I contacted your chat support and was assisted by Jovie! What a great experience. Being a CSR myself, it was pleasing to find someone took their role as customer point of contact person seriously, and professionally. I was informed of my RMA submittal and instructed how to return my item. It literally took less time than it's taking me to write this review. Thank you for having such great PEOPLE working for your company. I'd even been intersting in working for a company like yours. Keep up the great work and all I can say is keep up the QC of your products and you'll continue to be successful.
