Some online sites may have the same or even lower price but I prefer Newegg just for better product browsing, more useful specs and reviews and great customer service. I'm more confident to buying from Newegg.<br><br>For last 2 years I contacted Newegg customer service for about 15 times for different reasons and only 1 time I was not fully satisfied. Usually they met or exceeded my expectations.<br><br>Today I had problem with returning product where system charge me restocking fee. Thanks Katherine from customer service.
