I have ordered from this company a couple times before and had no problems. On this order I took advantage of a sale and bought another whole house water filter. I got my 10% off and free shipping and am happy. It was well packed for all the items in the box. Only took 6 days to receive. The website is well layed out and has a nice little section called Water University in which you can watch some videos about the products and how to install and use them.
Will definitely order from them again.

Well I probably would not have ordered from the Appliance Zone if I had read the reviews on here. I placed an order for 2 items for my dishwasher and had no difficulty finding it on their website. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed in which I received my order. It was well packed and was able to get the dishwasher up and running. I would order from them again.

Purchased filters for digital camera. Fast arrival and packaged with large bubble wrap. No problems and will order from them again in the future.

I was curious to see what Amazon.com's rating was and was somewhat disappointed in the score. I have been ordering from them for years with no problems except one and the only thing wrong was that it took so long to get to my doorstep.
I think they are a good solid company that seems to be doing it right. I've never had to call or e-mail customer service so I can't say how well they do there.
I will continue to order from them despite the resellerratings.com rating.

Ordered a snowboard binding riser and tools. Arrived in 5 days intact. Website is easy to click through. Free shipping on my order.
