    This is the MOST upsetting business experience I have ever had. And I'm NOT exaggerating. I hate to say this but it brought me very close to tears.

    But, please do as I did to fix the situation. Report your problem to the Better Business Bureau. I did and immediately a lady from Sears called to resolve the problem. After 2 phone calls our money was refunded and they finally sent out the part we wanted.
