First, the winter scene bell arrived in a timely manner and is beautiful, but the bell doesn\u0027t sit flush on its base unless it\u0027s facing the wrong way; I have to return it. Today, I received a beautiful Packers bracelet that fell apart in my hands when I opened it, and neither my husband nor I can figure out why or how to fix it. That will also be going back. I\u0027m still waiting (a week now) for the final gift, which is some ornaments. Hopefully, they will be worth keeping. In addition, I sent an email four days ago to the \u0022Customer Service\u0022 address on the packaging and have yet to receive a response. (They close at 6pm, or I\u0027d call.) I\u0027m really glad I did, because it\u0027s perfect! The product was shipped the day I ordered it and arrived as expected. I\u0027ve returned THREE blenders of another brand in the last year because they were USELESS, so it was a real treat to have one that does what it claims to! The Oster easily (and relatively quietly, I noticed) tears into frozen strawberries with ease and produces perfect breakfast smoothies. The 5-cup pitcher size is perfect for our family\u0027s needs :) I highly recommend this product.<br><br>We drink a lot of smoothies in our house, so when I was invited to review a product\/CSN, I knew a blender would be a great idea. They cost a little bit more, but to get a nice looking costume, it\u0027s worth it to me. The only thing I wasn\u0027t happy with is the fact that when I called to ask a question recently, the operator did not understand English well enough to help me.
