McBub! What is there to say? Sweet products at ridiculously low prices and awesome customer service to back it up!
I ordered a 7" Android tablet from McBub. I live in the United States, so I payed the extra for the express shipping. My order was placed over the weekend and the package was at my door on the next Friday morning.
Despite good packaging, my tablet had a minor flaw in the screen that eventually spread into a crack after a few days. I made McBub aware of my situation. They gave me the option of sending the tablet back for repair, or sending me a new screen to repair myself. I chose to have a new screen sent to my door to minimize time without my tablet. The new screen was in the mail as soon as it was available for shipping. Shipping confirmation was promptly emailed to me.
The new screen was sent via snail mail, but it arrived in a very timely manner. Just over a week. The screen was very well packaged for a safe trip overseas. It arrived in perfect flawless condition. I disassembled my tablet and had the brand new screen installed in less than 15 minutes. The new screen works perfectly and I could not be more pleased with this product for the insanely low cost.
All in all I have had a very positive experience with McBub. The customer service was extremely helpful and did everything in their power to make sure that my purchasing experience was a good one. Thumbs up to McBub! I will most definitely be making future purchases with confidence!
